Are your staff DBS-checked?

Yes. All Bash EcoCleaners operatives undergo enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks before they begin working. Our staff are fully vetted, supervised, and trained to the highest standards. We also provide ongoing training and quality audits to maintain service excellence.

What are your operating hours?

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Cleaning services can be scheduled outside these hours by arrangement, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to suit your needs.

Do you bring your own equipment and products?

Yes. Our operatives arrive fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning equipment, eco-friendly products, and all necessary PPE. We maintain COSHH data sheets for all products used and can accommodate specific product requests if required by your site or contract.

Can I open a franchise branch?

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a cleaning service?

You can request a free, no-obligation quote through several channels:

We will discuss your requirements, arrange a site visit if needed, and provide a detailed quote within 48 hours.

Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?

Yes. We understand plans can change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For contracted clients, cancellation terms are outlined in your service agreement. Please contact our office on 01264 527009 or email us to make changes.

Do you offer free site visits?

Yes. For commercial and contract cleaning enquiries, we offer a free site visit and assessment. This allows us to understand your specific requirements, assess the scope of work, and provide an accurate, tailored quote. Request a site visit.

How much do your services cost?

Are there minimum contract lengths?

For regular contracted cleaning, we typically offer flexible terms starting from a rolling monthly agreement. Longer-term contracts (6 or 12 months) are available at discounted rates for commercial clients. There is no long-term lock-in for domestic one-off cleans.
